Tim is a retired Law Enforcement Officer and a US Air Force Veteran. Tim presents with a background in Criminal Law, Police Sciences, Business Management and is the Founder of Cannabis Safety First LLC and FrontLine Strategies 101. As a subject matter specialist Tim participated in creating Ohio's medical cannabis, adult choice cannabis and hemp programs. As an advocate Tim advises on patient, veteran and adult choice consumer protections. As a consultant, trainer and legislative policy advisor Tim works with state legislators, licensees and program regulators to secure consumer and patient  protection rights, build sustainable business models, provide turn-key security solutions, provide program required Foundational and CEU’s to dispensaries, address criminal justice reform, provide risk management solutions and promote amendments and bills for the betterment of the programs. Tim's Government Affairs policy services cover drug policy reform, social justice reform, law enforcement reform, introducing ACT’s/Bill’s, government relations and legislative policy advising. As a thirty year safety and security specialist Tim consults with the Ohio Hospitality and Lodging Association on security and safety, drug abuse recognition and human trafficking methodologies.
